Only one word to describre there service...AWESOME!!!

I recently ordered my first set of photos from this company. I had apprehensions about the quality of the prints as this was my first online photo purchase, so I ordered a set of 25 photos (although each one of them are very valuable to me).

All my doubts were cleared when I received the package from them (within 2-3 days). The very first sight of the packaging impressed me a lot. Finally when I came to the photos, it was marvellous.

The price, delivery time and occassional offers are the plus points of this company. And since its a start-up, you can expect a lot of special offers in store for you.

The only negative I found about the company is using the cropping tool when photos are added to the cart and you proceed to checkout. It needs a bit of improvement. I already complained about this and they are looking into the problem. Hope they fix it soon.

Product Review

I'm starting off my blogging hobby with a blog on various product that you may purchase (or may be tempted to purchase) over the internet. My blogs will list all the pros and cons of the products I review.

This blog is not intended to list the frauds out there and warn you against purchasing from their sites. Rather, as the name suggests, this will contain everything, good or bad, genuine or fraud. I won't fall short of appreciating the good sites out there in the web who mean serious business. At the same time, I'll list all my personal experiences with the bad ones. And there may be sites in between these two categories, i.e. they aren't fraud but something is wrong with them.

Hope my blogs serves its purpose in promoting the good sides and keeping you away from the evil. Comments on the posts will be really appreciated.

P.S. I don't earn from the any of the companies I'm writing about. So if I say something is good, it is based on personal experience and it's not an advertisement (that is if you don't consider word-of-mouth a form of advertisement)

I purchased the GRE Bible software (for Rs.1465/-) two days back. I'm not complaining that the company is fraud. I did receive the software and after activation, it was working fine. But when I closed it and reopened it, it showed a piracy notice and didn't open after that.

I mailed their support several times (even used the mailing feature in their website) but I'm yet to get a response. What's worse is I tried calling their support phone number (which happens to be a single mobile number) but everytime I received a "Error in connection" notice (I tried from multiple numbers, so its has got nothing to do with my connection).

I expected a better support (if they have something called "support" at all) from a company which charges $29 for its product. Whatever happens afetr this (I'll keep posting here) surely don't expect a money-back from them (which they claim they provide) as money-back offer is only for 15 days and they'll surely not respond within that time.

See the screenshots below:
